We are offering this type of engagement through two options:

- Parameters: Defined candidate pool with specific target companies (25-75 candidates)
- Process: PierceGray delivers a summary of the talent market, including identified targets, associated company, experience level and background. Typically, a 1-3 week effort dependent upon complexity.
Market Map & Assessment
- Parameters: Defined candidate pool with specific target companies (25-75 candidates)
- Process: PierceGray executes the Market Map, and initiates confidential outreach to target candidates, conducting initial phone screens to understand general interest and alignment, experience and compensation. Typically, a 3-6 week effort dependent upon complexity.
The fee structure will be determined by the client need, including size and complexity of the target candidate pool, based on the project criteria outlined at project kickoff. If a formal search of similar scope is launched within six months of the market map, the flat fee is credited to the search fee.
