The Role
This role is responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise strategy to manage over $50MM in spend across direct and indirect categories, including packaging, ingredients, and other areas. The position involves developing a three-year category strategy, building a robust supply chain, and fostering supplier relationships to drive innovation, reduce risk, and ensure quality standards. Key responsibilities include leading RFP processes, leveraging cost models for market trend analysis, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like Finance and Innovation to optimize value and operational efficiency.
Experience & Requirements
The ideal candidate brings expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management in the food and beverage industry, with proven abilities in supplier evaluation, proposal analysis, and negotiation. They should demonstrate exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, paired with a strong focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
