Over the past decade, Brava has experienced rapid growth amidst increasing consumer adoption and contractor demand for composite roofing, and the Company has focused on expanding production to meet record demand. Brava Tile is headquartered in Washington, Iowa, employs over 100 people, and is backed by Golden Gate Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm with approximately $20 billion in cumulative committed capital, since November 2024.
The Role
Brava Tile is investing in increased production capacity and product innovation to meet ever-growing demand. As part of this investment, Brava Tile seeks to hire a Head of Procurement to support the company’s continued growth and the scalability of its operation. The Head of Procurement will lead the end-to-end sourcing and procurement function for the company and be responsible for leading ~$50M in total direct and indirect spend. They will also advance the maturity of the procurement function by managing a complex supplier base and using category and industry expertise to create savings from spend and improve supplier performance. The role will report directly to the Chief Manufacturing Officer, and will ideally be based in Washington, IA or Atlanta, GA; however, there is location flexibility for exceptional candidates.
