The Role
Arctos Partners is seeking a Director of Finance to join the growing Finance team and report directly to the Chief Financial
Officer. The Director of Finance will be primarily responsible for overseeing a new strategy being launched by Arctos
focused on real estate. The Director of Finance will also work directly with the sports Director of Finance and Keystone
Managing Director of Finance as well as the Accounting Administrator in managing the general ledgers, financial reporting,
capital calls and distributions, and the year-end audits for multiple funds and related investment vehicles.
Experience & Requirements
• Collaborative team player who shares Arctos’ values
• 15+ years of experience, with a focus on investment management, private equity, or alternative asset
management. Real Estate accounting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and highly detail oriented.
• Ability to manage, prioritize and follow through on numerous projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Chief Financial Officer and other Directors to continuously improve
accounting functions.
