The new Vice President will have responsibility for operations including manufacturing, maintenance, planning, procurement, purchasing, quality, continuous improvement and EH&S and will oversee a total team of over 300 people.
The objectives for the Vice President over the next 2 – 4 years will be to instill a culture of operational excellence & safety, develop and mature a Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement program, and continue building an employee environment that promotes retention, engagement, and development. Responsibilities:
This position is an integral part of the executive search process, leading and supporting internal teams on client facing projects. The role is responsible for partnering with the client and internal team to define market strategy, and then execute research against the strategy using multiple search tools. They also conduct early stage candidate qualification, diagnosing the candidates’ potential fit with the position through initial phone calls.
