Culligan International is a US-based, global water treatment company with a network of dealers and direct operations in 90 countries. The company provides a variety of products and services for homes and businesses that includes bottled water, water systems, water softeners, and service and repair. Culligan is headquartered in Rosemont, IL and has more than 7,500 employees. In 2021, Culligan was acquired by BDT Capital Partners.

Culligan’s Enterprise Dealer Group (EDG) is a $370M business unit with 2,000
employees organized into four geographic regions in North America.
Services are delivered via 120 Culligan-owned dealers and another 500
independent dealers. Consolidated Water Group, LLC (CWG) owns the
Southeast Region and contributes ~$90M to the business unit. CWG is based
out of Ocala, FL with ~30 dealerships located throughout 4 states (Florida,
Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina).

The Role

In support of Culligan’s growth plans, the Enterprise Dealer Group (EDG)
is investing in its leadership team and is now seeking a high caliber
Regional Manager for Florida. The new operations leader will have
accountability for managing a team of ~10 Branch General Managers and
100+ indirect reports across field service operations. The role reports into
the CWG Business Unit Vice President & General Manager and can be
based anywhere in Florida, with the ability to travel 50%+.

Experience & Requirements

• 10+ years of experience that includes progressive leadership
responsibilities including P&L management, service operations, sales
and customer service; experience in residential services provider
environments preferred.
• Expertise in all general management functional areas, including sales,
customer service, collections, warehouse operations,
quality/inspection, facility and fleet management, customer service,
scheduling/routing, and dispatch management.
• Experience working in highly decentralized organizations, requiring
collaboration between centralized functions and regional teams.
• Experience in high-growth and transformational environments,
including experience with integration of acquired organizations;
experience working in an investor-backed environment preferred.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and leading quarterly and annual
business planning processes.
• A natural mentor: demonstrated ability to develop talent, recruit and
lead cross-functional teams, and foster a collaborative culture.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and
presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal
stakeholders and external audiences.
• A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding, and proactive individual; a
natural bias for action with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
