The PierceGray team consists of former business leaders, consultants, and executive search professionals, providing a mix of management experience and search process discipline. The company has demonstrated consistent growth, expanding from one office to a multi regional footprint with leadership in Chicago and New York City and a team of forty employees.
The Role
To support continued growth, PierceGray seeks to hire more search consultants who will both lead and support all areas of the PierceGray search process, operating in a highly visible manner to both internal and client leadership. This individual will also support the collaborative culture that PierceGray has built. The ideal candidate will possess:

Responsibilities:
This position is an integral part of the executive search process, leading and supporting internal teams on client facing projects. The role is responsible for partnering with the client and internal team to define market strategy, and then execute research against the strategy using multiple search tools. They also conduct early stage candidate qualification, diagnosing the candidates’ potential fit with the position through initial phone calls. The role requires the ability to multitask across multiple concurrent projects and teams, and deliver professional written and verbal communication to clients, candidates, and internal colleagues.
Experience & Requirements
• 2 to 5 years of professional work experience
• Project management expertise: comfortable with hands on project execution
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to adjust priorities to meet changes in departmental and
company requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a self starter, able to operate with
limited oversight
• Intellectual curiosity to learn about new functions and industry areas.
• Analytical and computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word
and Powerpoint required
• Professional Services, Research, and/or Business functional experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required, preference for Business related field
• Required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week
