VP, Sales Productivity

The Role

Responsibilities will include working with sales leaders to collect feedback,
reviewing data for trends, and implementing new initiatives to drive
improvements. The VP will be critical in driving accountability across a
diverse field organization to ensure execution and that any new initiatives
are having the desired impact. Some key metrics the VP will be
responsible for improving will include pipeline conversion rates,
competitive win rates, and sales-generated pipeline opportunities.

Experience & Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations,
and/or Sales Productivity, with at least 5+ years supporting SaaS
products. Experience with Portfolio Management solutions and an
Enterprise customer base is a plus.
• Experience partnering with sales organizations of relevant scope and
scale (global; 90+ quota carriers) to develop and drive accountability
around processes.
• Able to develop, hire and retain a small team, and manage effectively
in a virtual environment.
• Strategic and tactical expertise in the collection, analysis and delivery
of large, multi-dimensional data sets and business insights that drive
strategic decision making in sales.
• Track record of working collaboratively across functions, including
Customer Success, Operations, Finance and Product.
• Manages change through influence; capable of driving major
commercial decisions across a diverse set of internal stakeholders;
collaborative and hands-on.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and
innovation.
• Polished executive presence and communication skills, including
written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with
executive audiences
